The Triangle Breathing Technique
1. Inhale.
2. Breath Hold.
3. Exhale.
It is important to pay attention when you perform the Triangle Breathing Technique used to recite this mantra.
- When you inhale, do it slowly.
- When you hold your breath, then tighten the abdominal muscles below the navel. But not too hard, just enough. The abdominal muscles that are hardened are the muscles in The Lower Dantian Area.
- When you exhale, do it slowly too. And be sure to feel the flow of energy.
