Practice procedure :
Stare at your palms (SEE THE IMAGE ABOVE) and intend to radiate energy from both of your eyeballs. Feel and imagine, as if a beam of energy like laser beams are emitted from both of your eyeballs.
Move your eyeballs around as if you are writing or drawing on the surface of your palm. Feel energy rippling on the surface of your palm, the same way you felt and experienced when you practiced radiating energy through your palms or fingertip.
Radiate energy as if you were writing or drawing on your palm with that energy.
Write and draw with different shapes. For example triangles, squares, circles, straight lines, etc.
Then feel it, can your palms feel the various shapes as you intend?
If your palms can feel the various shapes as you intend. Then that means your practice is correct.

Note the sensations felt by the palms that are the target of the energy emission. And then write it down in your practice report.
