PERSONAL ENERGY FIELD
This energy field is said to be a fast energy field, because it is inseparable from the slow energy of the physical body which is dense and visible.
Visualize the faster energy field with its edges or boundaries around you.
Naturally, when a stranger talks and approaches you, standing near that boundary, you will feel disturbed. Instinctively, you will move sideways, backwards or maybe even avoid the person, to create a safer SPACE for yourself.
Why can this happen?
Because our personal energy field can sense other people’s energy and gives warnings to us in the form of uncomfortable feelings whenever the boundary is crossed.
If a person stays in your personal energy field for a long time, that person’s energy will begin to affect your whole being / whole existence. This can make you feel depressed, uncomfortable and so on if you are not in alignment with it.
However, you will feel very comfortable and pleasant, if the energy is higher or more gentle than your energy.
Now, let's try to identify our Personal energy fields.
Somatic Mind Awareness Exercise
Practice procedure:
1. Extend one of your arms forward and notice the farthest point your fingers can reach.
2. Now imagine that your arms are extended straight up over your head, until they reach a point above your body.
3. Imagine that one of your arms is extended behind you.
4. Now imagine that your arm is extended downward.
• Now take a deep breath. Then hold your breath for a second. And tighten the abdominal muscles below the navel. Feel the power of energy within you. After that, slowly exhale. And intend and feel to radiate energy around yourself. Do it 3 times.
• When you emit energy as you exhale. Intend your energy to radiate all around you, as wide as your arms reach.
• Feel the energy that surrounds you. That's your Aura. Or your personal energy space. Can you feel it?
Now you have an idea of the PERSONAL ENERGY FIELD SPACE that surrounds your body continuously.
