TURTLE MEDITATION
For Health, Peace, Abundance, & Achievement of all desires.
In this meditation we will use the Pore Breathing Technique or better known as the Tortoise Breathing Technique. In the world of martial arts, the Turtle Breath Technique is also known as the Longevity Breathing Technique.
Apart from the Pore Breathing Technique, this meditation also uses the Kubera Mudra finger pose.
Kubera mudra is one of the finger poses practiced in the yoga tradition. Kubera Mudra has been practiced for hundreds of years by millions of people.
With this Kubera mudra technique, we can remove energy blockages and release the flow of energy that is being blocked, so that in the end a healthy and strong energy circulation can be obtained. Which is very useful for increasing peace of mind and heart, achieving inner peace, strengthening vibrations, increasing the frequency of personal magnetism energy.
And as the end result, when the self-energy field is healthy and strong. Then there will be changes and improvements in living conditions that are very significant as well. Among them, namely, increasing income, and having enough money for a better life. In other words, money comes in abundance in your life.
Economic problems often entangle a person's life, not only felt by people with mediocre incomes, but not infrequently people who earn quite a lot also experience them, it seems that the money they make is never enough to make ends meet. This is due to the circulation of the flow of financial energy which is blocked, closed or unstable. Therefore it is necessary to take action to stabilize the flow of energy as soon as possible. One way to stabilize the energy flow so that it is smooth is to meditate with Kubera mudra.
The way to do Turtle Meditation is as follows:
• Do meditation by sitting cross-legged, placing your hands on your knees/thighs with both palms facing upwards.
• Please start by praying. Then intend to do meditation for the good and progress of yourself.
• Bend the ring finger and little finger. Combine and touch the tips of the Index finger, Middle finger and Thumb together. (View image)
• Take a deep breath and feel as if energy is entering and seeping through all the pores of the body. Hold your breath for a moment below the navel (lower dantian). Then exhale slowly, spreading the energy throughout the body. Repeat 3 times.
• Then continue with regular but deep, smooth, and gentle breathing.
• In every breath you inhale and exhale, feel as if there is subtle energy that enters and leaves every pore in your body.
• Close your eyes, and enter the realm of relaxation. Focus your observation on your breath. Observe the going in and out of the breath and observe the going in and out of the subtle energy from every pore in your body.
• Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply. And allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into your meditation realm, as your breath goes in and out.
• Do this in a relaxed manner and if you feel you have had enough, then end your meditation.
Do this meditation for 15 Minutes (Approximately). And to help you enter a relaxed state that is deep enough, you can use relaxing music accompaniment during meditation.
Do this Turtle meditation regularly, then our health conditions in all aspects of life will develop for the better. Both related to physical health, emotional mental health, financial health, and even health in relation to relationships / social.

I do Kubera Mudra meditation after Fajr prayer. Alhamdulillah, it is very easy and smooth to enter deep relaxation trance, after entering meditation I have a sensation in the crown and ajna is very strong spreading throughout the body. Parts that often feel uncomfortable feel better. On the neck, which often coughs, on the lower back and on the left chest which is most often uncomfortable when there are negative emotions such as anger, anxiety, guilt, disappointment, these parts turn comfortable and feel 'sweet' so that they don't want to stop meditating. My consciousness saw from a height myself sitting cross-legged covered in white light... Thank you thank you thank you... 🙏
